Building Elements That Matter…

S&D PJ Housing is committed to providing services & resources to help returning citizens successfully transition from prison to a productive life in their community.

We work to address the issues that people face as they reenter their communities following prison.

We believe everyone deserves a second chance – and the respect and dignity that goes along with it.

Our goal is to give our clients the tools needed for self-empowerment and successful reentry into the community.

QUOTE

Being incarcerated is a life-learned lesson. Take what you’ve been through and use it as a guide to rebuilding your life.

Formerly incarcerated people face homelessness within the first year of release but people who receive supportive programs, housing, education, counseling , and job training were found to be 61 percent less likely to be re-incarcerated within one year.

With your help we can help fight against homelessness and the prison revolving door.
